Here are the pros and cons for the position at Solbright, which I interviewed for yesterday.
for- team lead position with possibility of becoming a mgr- higher pay (hopefully)- very good mgmt- not satisfied with current work
against- leaving ask.com after 1.5 years- thinking I might get a better position elsewhere- not so exciting work (old tools)
