Job situation

We had a whole week off, plus monday. It was a great time off from work. I definetely feel ‘recharged’ and ready to work.
On the way to work, I thought about my situation here at Ask. My feeling was that I don’t really want to leave just yet. Maybe I should try to work things out. Maybe things improve. That’s a big maybe, but I’m not in a rush, especially considering my “job hopper” status as some might call me and two, that I want to go to Poland for a 3 week vacation in the summer — important thing for my wife Marta.
But those things should not stop me from pursuing my career. And I do want a dynamic learning environment.
One thing about Markit, which is my current jobs to get is that I will not get a leadership position. But the question is, am I ready for the leadership position? I think I am. But I don’t have a lot of experience and it is tough for me to get it. But if I get a good offer from Markit I will probably take it.
I should also try Goldman Sachs. Just for the record, the average bonus for each of the 30K employes was $650K. Wow! It is also a good working environment over there. I will contact them tomorrow.
