I am tired. I am really tired. My project is getting into the very complex mode. Things are not working. I am burning out. It’s not the best situation. But I signed up for this!
A consultant from Russia is leaving soon. He will be leaving in roughly 2 weeks. I have to transition all of the work to Samir. And Samir is not doing the best job. This is just not the best way to proceed.
I believe this is going to prove the toughest time for me ever. I don’t know the product that much. The product is very complex. The product is not the cleanest and not implemented in the best manner. Whoa, things are just in flux!
I am hoping that if we can survive the next couple of months, we will survive altogether and things will improve dramatically. I think by then we will see some results out of my work.
