I said it probably a million times before, I love to code. I love gettings things done. I love getting into that mode. I love getting into the zone. 🙂
But sometimes I’m distracted. Sometimes I focus on things of lesser priority. I have to change that. But as long as I’m working for a better future, to improve on things, to make myself better, I need to give myself some slack.
I love this place so far. It looks like that I still need to convince a few people that I have the skills and that the work I do is of hight quality. I do see a few doubters, especially the CTO. But I believe my mgr has confidence in me. I do get things done. I believe that projects I work on improve things.
I will continue on the path I’ve followed so far. I am sure it will yield good results. Improving things, concentrating on getting things done, perhaps, eventually, challenging others, will, in time, improve my reputation.
I still have some ways to go. But I’m not worried. I am on a right path and I should be proud.
