Team mtg presentations still give me a bit of a scare. But that’s good. It’s good to have that extra pressure. It provides valuable experience as well as motivation to do a good job. There is not much better than that.
I force others to do it mainly because we want to be in a learning state. Learning is high on my list. It’s high on team’s priorities. It will continue as long as I’m in charge.
