I had to stand firm on our team’s principle of learning, quality, and gtd. W manages to put me into stressful situations. I had to make a quick decision. Allow him to skip our team meeting or stand firm and allow him to make a statement that it’s more important than the delivery. I said it’s more important that we run as a team, even at a price of a missed delivery.
Learning is the foundation of how we run the team. We grow as a team. We learn from each other. We support each other. We challenge each other. I cannot allow to have that changed. Nor challenged.
