I thought of a business opportunity that I might want to create. Companies are having hard time screening out people they want. They ask the recruiter to do the screening, however, the recruiters don’t do a good job. What I could do, is implement a solution which would allow employees to have their own tests. I would also create my own questions. Ideally, this would force the candidate to come in for a test, have a limited amount of time, and walk out. This way, there would be no cheating. In either way, this is a big hole that is not being filled by any services that are useful.
Just like yesterday, I failed to wake up on time. I am failing in this regard and I will try to set my habit straight starting from tomorrow. I want to go to sleep at around 10:30 every day, and not later. Period.
