I think, finally, things are moving in the right direction. It’s really easy to create a stateless session bean via a single @Stateless, inject it into a servlet via @EJB, and deploy the web application to the Glassfish v3 server. You can be up and running in under a minute. That’s great! I love it.
I will read the Java EE 6 and Glassfish 3 book so I want to make sure I go over the examples and actually make them work. But if it’s hard, then I don’t really want to do it.
I think I have officially entered the job search. I sent out my first resume to a trading company. I am not sure whether I really want to work there, but still, I think it would be nice to get a response. Other than that, I have another request for a resume at Gilt, so I will send it out and see what happens. I think Dov works there.
