I learned yesterday that I have to be agressive. I have to push for changes. I have to shape how things work inside of m6d.
Why?
Because I believe I have the knowledge. I am not the best speaker. Not the best story teller. My memory is weak and I lose what I say when I speak. But I learn. I learn all the time! I keep up the pressure on others. And I believe I have good written skills. I can write. Not only I believe I can write. Many people can. I believe I can write in an engaging, easy to read style. I’ve learned that from many influencers. I’ve learned that from all the years of writing.
I should use my writing skills to my advantage.
I should share the knowledge that I have. Not only for my benefit. But because I want a better place to work and because I want to help others.
