I am a manager now. It’s good work. It’s also tough work from time to time.
It would be ideal to have guys that are top notch. But I am also judged by ways I can bring under-performing guys to be top-notch players. And that’s not always fun. That’s not always easy.
But I cannot shy away from it.

Having guys wanting to do great things is a very good thing. We feed off each other. It’s good positive energy. I need guys that can provide that.
