Sometimes, work is hard to get started. Or it’s hard to make progress. That is not a good sign.
My goal is to be a plorific worker.
And that means I put all of my energy towards getting things done. Towards making improvements. Towards making people around me better.
Am I doing that?
When I started the job, yes. Now? No!
Things have changed, for sure. It’s not that interesting lately, yes. But I can change as well. I can adopt. I can spend some more time on my personal development.
But to provide value, I have to really focus on work. 100%. No news. 0%. Really.
To be a plorific worker, I have to try hard, really hard.
