Setting rules and goals is a good thing. It allows me to focus on the right things. I am becoming more out of focus lately. Not sure if it’s related to me buying a house, or me getting older. Either way, being focused and driven towards self-improvement is a must for me. I need to stay the course.
Refinancing.
I will be doing another refinancing! My 2nd one. This one will lower my % by .375. Is it worth it? I think so. It’s not going to cost a lot, and I get a chance to get back to WF!
