We’ve had a good run as a team so far. Every sprint, we get a lot done. We’re A1 and we are expected to deliver not only quantity but also quality. We’ve been able to accomplish a whole lot.
I do need to take better notes of the feedback I need to present. At a retro, I’m forgetting things.
It’s important that we adjust as we move along. Minor adjustments are always needed. I’m never the one to be happy and satisfied.
I need to keep up the pressure. I need to make sure that we improve as we go along.
